2. APPLICATION OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

These general conditions apply to all orders of products placed on the website of BISCUITERIE DE L'ABBAYE, accessible at www.biscuiterie-abbaye.com.

The validation of the order by the buyer implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

BISCUITERIE DE L'ABBAYE reserves the right to modify at any time these terms and conditions. The general conditions in force and available on the website at the time of confirmation of the order by the customer will then be applicable.

 

3. PRICE

The prices of products are expressed in Euros and all taxes included, excluding shipping costs.

Prices are subject to change. However, the prices listed on your order, after validation and registration, are firm and final.

 

4. ORDER

To place an order, the customer must follow the various stages of placing order scrolling on the website. The customer undertakes to communicate, as part of the placing of the order, accurate, sufficient and exhaustive information in order, in particular, to allow BISCUITERIE DE L'ABBAYE to execute the order.

The order is firm for BISCUITERIE DE L'ABBAYE, subject to its confirmation of the order addressed to the customer, from the effective settlement of the order by the customer, that is to say from the date of the definitive registration of the price to the credit of his bank account.

In case of default or difficulty of payment of the order or of a previous order by the customer, BISCUITERIE DE L'ABBAYE reserves the right to refuse any order of this one and to cancel the orders in progress.

 

5. PAYMENT

Orders are payable in cash on the day of the order. Payment is made either by check, credit card or PayPal account.

- By credit card: acronyms CB, VISA, EUROCARD MASTERCARD. The payment by credit card is secured by Ogone, and the amount is debited at the validation of the order. The customer's order will be taken into account by BISCUITERIE DE L'ABBAYE only after validation of its payment by the payment center. In case of refusal of payment by the payment center, the order will be automatically refused.

-By check issued by a bank domiciled in France: it must correspond to the amount of the order and be made payable to Biscuiterie de l'Abbaye. It must be addressed to Biscuiterie de l'Abbaye - Internet order service - Route du Val - 61700 Lonlay l'Abbaye - France (by specifying the number of the order on the back of the check). This is returned to the collection upon receipt. The order will be taken into account subject to its perfect collection by BISCUITERIE DE L'ABBAYE.

- by PAYPAL account: By choosing the payment via PayPal, the Customer will be automatically directed to his PayPal account. Once the PayPal payment has been validated, the Customer can complete the order on the website. Payment by Paypal is debited from the Paypal account of the Customer at the time of the order.

A paper invoice is attached to the package. A digital invoice is made available to the customer in the "My Account" section of the website.

 

6. DELIVERY

6.1. Delivery methods

For each order, the mode (s) of delivery possible and the delivery costs are proposed to the customer before the confirmation of the order. The customer must choose the mode of transportation that he retains. This option entails the customer's acceptance to pay the price corresponding to the chosen delivery method as indicated on the website.

Deliveries are made in France and abroad. Shipping costs are offered from 50 Euros order (excluding shipping) for delivery in Metropolitan France only.

The customer can choose from the following delivery methods:

In this case, no shipping costs will be due and the customer will receive a discount of 10%. The customer will be notified by e-mail of the arrival of his order in the shop. When the withdrawal of his order, which must intervene at the latest in the 8 days following the email of BISCUITERIE DE L'ABBAYE, a proof of order will be asked to the customer.

- Relay point withdrawal: the customer will be informed of the availability of his package by SMS or e-mail. He will have a period of 10 working days to recover it. After this period, the package will be returned.

Delivery takes place at the address indicated by the customer when ordering. The responsibility of BISCUITERIE DE L'ABBAYE can not be sought in case of indication of wrong address by the customer, including if this error prevents or delays the delivery of products.

6.2. Delivery delay

Delivery is made to the address indicated when placing the order, within 8 working days for deliveries in Metropolitan France, and 15 working days for deliveries outside Metropolitan France, from the receipt of the order (or on receipt of the check, for customers who have chosen this method of payment) and subject to the availability of products (excluding custom boxes). Exceptionally, these periods may be lengthened during periods of annual leave.

For orders with custom boxes, the delivery terms for custom boxes below will apply to all items in the order. BISCUITERIE DE L'ABBAYE will not proceed to a splitting of deliveries.

For custom boxes, delivery is made within 30 working days for deliveries in Metropolitan France, and 35 working days for deliveries outside Metropolitan France, from the receipt of the order (or upon receipt of the check , for customers who have chosen this method of payment) and subject to the availability of products.
The deadlines are indicative, BISCUITERIE DE L'ABBAYE can not be held responsible for delays beyond its control.
In case of unavailable items for a certain period (indicated on the product sheet), the delivery time is based on the longest time. BISCUITERIE DE L'ABBAYE however reserves the right to split deliveries. In this case, the participation in the processing and shipping costs will only be charged for one shipment.

 

6.3. Reception

7. AVAILABILITY

Quality and size of the picture

The print quality depends directly on the quality of the transmitted picture. The picture must be controlled by the Customer.

BISCUITERIE DE L'ABBAYE advises to respect certain criteria of:

- Size of the shot (in mega pixels),

- Exhibition (avoid photos under or over exposed)

- Blur (a photo that has had a focus problem, a subject movement, a camera shake, a brightness at the time of shooting)

In general, the downloaded image must meet the following requirements:

- File format: .png, .jpg, .bmp or .tif

- Minimum resolution of 150 dpi, ideal 300 dpi

- Maximum data size: 5 MB
