In Normandy, crêpes are part of a centures-old culinary tradition. Originally, farmers used their surplus milk, flour, and eggs to make these thin shortbread biscuit. 

Today, by making our chocolate-coated crêpes, we honor this tradition. The key to their delicacy and crispness lies in the exclusive use of butter.
